About Me

I am a fourth year PhD student in computer science at Indiana University Bloomington. Before this I was an undergraduate student at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri where I graduated in 2012 with departmental honors in computer science and outstanding senior in computer science distinctions. My research interest is in computer security and computer networks with an end goal of applying these fields to research and the expansion of human knowledge.

Beyond academic pursuits, I develop websites and business related projects that can be explored on the work page. I also volunteer to host and upkeep websites for other people and nonprofit organizations. For leisure activities, I enjoy the study of current events, hiking, biking, honing my programming skills with random challenges and experimentation, and keeping up with topics related to linguistics and technology!
